Kalkan Turkey – A destination to treasure

Posted ago by fatih

Kalkan Turkey offers a variety such as charming whitewashed houses and fishermen who come ashore in the morning with their fresh catch and the boats leave for the beaches and bays.  After a day of your favourite holiday sport, sun bathing, snorkelling or basking in the Mediterranean, retreat to the delights of the Likya Gardens Hotel, Luxury hotels in Kalkan (scheduled to open in 2012), to relax in one of its scrumptiously delightful rooms or explore the cobbled streets in the old town bazaar which offers an array of curiosity shops.

One of the charms of , is that it is a small peaceful Mediterranean resort and fishing town on the beautiful Turquoise Coast of Turkey.  It has yet to be touched by mass tourism.  More sophisticated than the usual resort town, appeals to travellers looking for more than the run of the mill holiday.

Kalkan is situated on Turkey’s beautiful south west Mediterranean coast, and, is conveniently situated between the towns of Fethiye (87km to the west) and Kaş (27km to the east) and 200km from the regional centre of Antalya so it’s the ideal place from which to have a two centre holiday.

Online Forums

Online discussion forums allow website users to ask questions and get answers.

Many travelers have the same questions, and instead of asking them again, they can (and do) just read what’s been asked and answered before–efficient!

The questions and answers can stay online indefinitely, building a valuable “knowledge base” for your users, and valuable community loyalty for you.

Good news! Forum pages can be searchable by search engines, bringing more visitors to your site; and they can include advertisements to bring in more revenue.

Using Photos on Travel Websites

Travel writing needs photos. Many professional travel writers learn photography just so they can supply the essential photos with the text they write and submit to editors.

When it comes to photos on your travel website, there’s good news and bad (mostly good). You can check on Luxury Turkey Hotels website.

Y
ou needn’t be a pro to take good photos for your website. They need not be prize-winners or works of art. They need not be high resolution (in fact the versions you put on your web pages should not be high resolution). You can use photos you already have, or you can take new ones, and even an inexpensive digital camera will provide most of the photos you’ll need.
